Elispot检测抗原特异性IFN-γ反应在结核性盆腔炎诊断中的应用价值

Application values of antigen specific-IFN-γresponses in tuberculosis pelvic inflammation patients using Elispot

摘要: 目的 评价酶联免疫斑点(Elispot)检测外周血中结核分枝杆菌性抗原特异性γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平在结核性盆腔炎诊断中的价值。方法 利用Elispot技术分别对结核性盆腔炎患者(63例)和非结核性盆腔炎(19例)外周血中产生结核菌抗原特异性IFN-γ的水平进行定量检测。结果 结核组中IFN-γ表达水平是94.40±9.210,非结核组是11.79±3.127,两者间有统计学差异(P<0.05);结核组阳性率是80.9%,非结核组是10.5%。结论 Elispot检测可提高结核性盆腔炎的诊断率,对结核性盆腔炎诊断提供很好的依据,是结核性盆腔炎较好的实验室诊断手段,具有较高的应用价值和广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: Objective To investigate mycobacterium tuberculosis antigen specific IFN-γ response in tuberculosis pelvic inflammation patients(TPIP)by Elispot. Methods The levels of IFN-γ production in response to mycobacterium tuberculosis antigens in TPIP (n=63) and non-TPIP(n=19) were evaluated by an in-house Elispot. Result By using Elispot, the level of IFN-γin TPIP was much higher than the non-TPIP ,and there was statistical difference between the TPIP and the non-TPIP(p<0.05).The positive rate in Elispot observed in TPIP and non-TPIP was 80.9%,10.5% respectively. Conclusion It is practical to differentiate the tuberculosis pelvic inflammation patients from the non tuberculosis pelvic inflammation patients by measuring the Mtb. antigen-specific IFN-γ response in the peripheral blood using our in-house Elispot assay. It is reliable to use it to diagnosis the TPIP.
