Coronavirus origin, receptor and recent advances in novel coronavirus detection and vaccine

摘要: 冠状病毒由来已久,1936年就分离到病毒并命名。冠状病毒种类很多,感染谱也比较广,一些病毒具有人兽共患特性,严重威胁人类与动物健康以及公共卫生安全,特别是2003年严重急性呼吸综合征病毒(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus,SARS-CoV)、2012年中东呼吸综合征冠状病毒(Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus,MERS-CoV),以及现在流行的新型冠状病毒,使得冠状病毒“名声大噪”。本文简要综述了冠状病毒的发现、起源、病毒受体以及我们在新型冠状病毒检测方法和疫苗研究方面的最新进展,以期人们更好的认识和理解冠状病毒,为新型冠状病毒及其他冠状病毒防控提供参考。

Abstract: Coronavirus has a long history. It was isolated and named in 1936. There are many types of coronavirus, and the infection spectrum is relatively wild. Some viruses have the characteristics of zoonosis, which seriously threaten human and animal health and public health safety. Especially, SARS virus in 2003, MERS virus in 2012, and the coronavirus in 2019. In this paper, the discovery of origin and receptor of coronavirus, as well as the latest progress in the detection methods and vaccine research of new coronavirus are briefly reviewed in order to better understand coronavirus and provide a reference for the prevention and control of new coronavirus and other coronaviruses.
