从近期美国加利福尼亚州甲型病毒性肝炎流行看其预防的长期性和复杂性

Hepatitis A outbreak in California reflexs the complexity and challenges in viral hepatitis A prevention

摘要: 随着我国人民物质生活水平的明显提高及甲型病毒性肝炎疫苗接种的普及,我国甲型病毒性肝炎的发病率已明显下降。但近期美国加利福尼亚州的甲型病毒性肝炎暴发流行事件,提醒我们甲型病毒性肝炎预防绝不可放松,甲型病毒性肝炎的预防仍存在着长期性、复杂性和艰巨性。本文回顾了美国加利福尼亚州从去年至今的甲型病毒性肝炎流行情况;分析了加利福尼亚州甲型病毒性肝炎流行的可能原因;提出我国预防甲型病毒性肝炎的思路,包括加强甲型病毒性肝炎疫苗注射推广、加强爱国卫生运动、加强食品卫生检疫及加强甲型肝炎病毒和流行病学研究等,其中接种甲型病毒性肝炎疫苗是我国目前预防和控制甲型病毒性肝炎最经济和有效的措施。

Abstract: The incidence of viral hepatitis A has decreased significantly in recent years in China due to the improvement of people's living standard and the promotion of vaccination for viral hepatitis A. However, outbreak of viral hepatitis A recently in California in the United States has reminded us the complexity and great challenges in the prevention of viral hepatitis A. The prevention of viral hepatitis A is still long-term existed, complex and arduous. This paper reviews the epidemic situation of viral hepatitis A in California within 1 year, analyzes its possible causes, and puts forward some measures of the prevention of viral hepatitis A, including the promotion of vaccination for viral hepatitis A, strengthening to the public health campaign, strengthening to tealth inspection and quarantine of food and strengthening to the study of epidemiology of viral hepatitis A. The vaccination for viral hepatitis A is the most economical and effective measures in the prevention of viral hepatitis A.
