生物传感器技术在结核病检测中的研究进展

摘要: 结核病(TB)是由结核杆菌(MTB)感染引起的慢性传染病,严重威胁人类生命健康。早期诊断和及时有效的治疗对结核病的控制至关重要。由于广泛耐药性结核病和多重耐药性结核病的出现,传统的结核病诊断技术上的一些不足,如延迟性、复杂性等缺点已经显现。生物传感器是将生物活性物质固定化后作敏感元件,配合适当的换能器组成的一种分析检测装置。一般样品不需要预处理,被测组分的分离和检测可同步进行,可进行自动分析、活体分析等,生物传感技术在MTB检测和临床诊断方面具有巨大的潜力。本文对现有结核病检测技术进行简要回顾,并对生物传感技术在结核病中的应用及研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Tuberculosis (TB) is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium infection which is a serious threat to human life and health.Early diagnosis and effective treatment is significant for Tuberculosis control. Due to the emerging of XDR-TB (Extensively drug Resistant-TB) and MDR-TB(Multidrug Resistant-TB),some shortcomings of traditional TB diagnosis techniques, such as delay and complexity have emerged.Biosensor is a kind of analytical detection device which is composed of the bioactive material immobilized as the sensor and the appropriate transducer.In general, the samples do not need pretreatment, and the separation and detection of the tested components are carried out synchronously, which can be analyzed automatically and in living organisms. Biosensor technology has great potential in MTB detection and clinical diagnosis.This paper briefly reviews the current TB detection technology and summarizes the application and research progress of biosensing technology in TB.
