摘要: 为更好的提高我国艾滋病诊疗水平,规范诊疗行为,不断更新《中国艾滋病诊疗指南》(以下简称“指南”)是中华医学会感染病分会艾滋病丙肝学组的主要任务。2005年前开始撰写第一版“指南”至今,已经更新了四版。2018年更新的“指南”,最大程度地结合了中国实际情况,在参考国际重大指南的基础上,充分提供中国临床研究的科研结论和循证医学证据,尤其在实验室诊断、临床分期、抗病毒治疗方案、特殊人群、暴露前后预防和阻断、为HIV感染者提供全程综合诊疗方面有中国特色并与国际接轨,体现了该版指南的完成时间短、内容更全面、观念更科学的特点,是广大一线医务工作者的首选参考指南。

Abstract: In order to better improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of AIDS in China, standard diagnosis and treatment behavior, constantly update the " Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of HIV/AIDS" (hereinafter referred to as the "guidelines") is the main task of the HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C group of the infectious diseases branch of the Chinese Medical Association. The first edition, written in 2005, has been updated four times. The "guideline”updated in 2018, combined with China's actual situation to a great extentandwith reference to international guidelines, fully provides clinical research of China's scientific research conclusions and evidence-based medical evidence.This guideline with Chinese characteristics is in line with international standards in the fields of laboratory diagnosis, clinical staging, antiviral treatment programs, special populations, prevention and prevention pre- and post-exposure, and comprehensive medical care for HIV/AIDS patients., At the same time, it reflects less completion time, more comprehensive content and more scientific concept and is the preferred reference guide for the first-line medical workers in China.
