摘要/Abstract

摘要： 人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染导致的获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS,又称艾滋病）和梅毒具有相同的传播方式、相似的高危人群,二者合并感染对国家公共卫生安全提出更高的挑战。而艾滋病合并梅毒感染临床表现复杂,缺乏特异性,诊断困难,常常延误治疗。本研究对神经梅毒在艾滋病人群中的发病率、临床特征、诊断和治疗的最新进展进行综述,以加深临床工作者对此类疾病的认识。

Abstract: Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection and syphilis share the same route of transmission and similar high-risk population. Co-infection with AIDS and syphilis poses a more grave challenge for national public health and safety. The clinical manifestations of AIDS complicated with syphilis are complex, lacking specificity, which often makes it difficult to diagnose and leads to treatment delay. The objective of this study is to summarize the latest research progress in the incidence, clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatments of co-infection with AIDS and syphilis, so as to deepen the clinicians’understanding of this disease.
