摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为提高中国乃至于世界广大医务人员对传染病尤其是新发传染的影像诊断水平,达到早期精准诊断和及时治疗提高治愈率降低病死率的目的 ,中国传染病影像学的专家团队历经22年坚持不懈的努力,开创了传染病影像学的学科、系统、理论体系、技术规范、学科体系及诊疗检测平台,推动了我国传染病防控诊疗技术的发展,提高了中国传染病影像学的整体影像技术水平和精准影像诊断水平。中国传染病影像学团队牵头制订了《传染病影像学诊断指南》及8部法定传染病影像学诊断标准并在全国推广应用。“艾滋病三维断层标本库”、Radiology of infectious Diseases国际英文杂志和《新发传染病电子杂志》搭建了新发传染病科研、教学、普及与交流的新平台。在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情肆虐人类,蔓延全球时,中国传染病影像学专委会训练有素的2000余名传染病影像学团队,医者仁心,责任担当,应用规范的影像技术、精湛的影像诊断分析判断能力,同时开发新冠肺炎人工智能软件,为新型冠状病毒肺炎的早诊早治提供了客观依据,在控制新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中发挥了重要作用。传染病影像学专委会组织召开了31场线上网络培训会议,培训了全国战斗在一线的医务工作者及各级传染病医院的相关医务人员6万余人次,3次国际会议,发表10余篇权威论文,80余个国家受益,突显了传染病影像学在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎过程中的独特作用。同时传染病影像学专委会专家团队在德国Springer出版社主编出版了14部传染病影像相关的英文专著,其中三部英文著作分别获得了2017年国家版权输出重点奖励和普通奖励,为全球传染病防控贡献了中国智慧,引领中国传染病影像学从国内走向国际前沿。

Abstract: In order to improve the imaging diagnosis level of infectious diseases,especially for emerging infections diseases,of medical staff in China and the world,and to achieve the purpose of early accurate diagnosis and timely treatment,to increase the cure rate and reduce the mortality rate,the expert team of Chinese infectious disease radiology has created innovative disciplines of infectious disease imaging and systematic theoretical systems,technical specifications,discipline systems and diagnosis and treatment testing platforms after 22 years of unremitting efforts,which have promoted the development of China’s infectious disease prevention and control ability,and improved the radiology of infectious diseases in China.The Chinese Radiology Team of Infectious Diseases took the lead in formulating the Guidelines for Imaging Diagnosis of Infectious Diseases and 8 statutory imaging diagnostic standards for infectious diseases,which were promoted and applied nationwide.Through the publication of AIDS three-dimensional tomographic specimen library,Radiology of Infectious Diseases and Emerging Infectious Diseases Electronic Journal,we have established a new platform for the scientific research,teaching,popularization and exchange of emerging infectious diseases.When the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic is raging on humans and spreading across the world,More than 2 000 medical technicians and doctors who are kind and responsible in the China Infectious Disease Radiology Committee apply standardized CT imaging technology and superb imaging diagnosis,analysis and judgment capabilities to provide an objective basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia,which play an important role in the control of the epidemic.The Chinese Infectious Disease Radiology Committee has organized 31 online training conferences and trained more than 60 000 medical workers on the front line of the national battle and related medical personnel of infectious disease hospitals at all levels,3 international conferences,and 80 More countries benefited,highlighting the unique role of infectious disease radiology in the fight against the new coronavirus pneumonia.In addition,the expert team of the Radiology Committee of Infectious Diseases edited and published 14 English monographs related to infectious disease images at Springer Publishing House in Germany.Among them,three English books have won the 2017 National Copyright Export Key Award and General Award,which are global The prevention and control of infectious diseases has contributed to China's wisdom,leading China's infectious disease imaging from the domestic to the frontier of national standards.
