Application effect of HFMEA model in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection of coronavirus disease 2019

摘要: 目的 探讨医疗失效模式与效应分析(healthcare failure mode and effects analysis, HFMEA)在新型冠状病毒肺炎医院感染防控中的应用效果,为患者及医务人员提供安全保障。方法 运用HFMEA模式对新型冠状病毒肺炎医院感染防控进行风险评估,针对高风险失效模式进行原因分析及干预措施改进,对隔离病区表面环境进行病毒抽样检测,追踪医务人员健康状况。结果 HFMEA干预后,清洁区和潜在污染区表面环境无病毒检出,污染区消毒后表面环境无病毒检出,无医务人员发生新型冠状病毒感染。结论 应用HFMEA模式科学评估新型冠状病毒肺炎医院感染防控的高风险环节,能有效控制医院感染,保障患者及医务人员的安全。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the application effect of HFMEA model in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection of coronavirus disease 2019, providing safety protection for patients and medical staff. Methods The HFMEA model was used to evaluate the high risk of coronavirus disease 2019 nosocomial infection, to analyze the causes of high-risk failure modes and to improve intervention measures. Virus sampling on the surface environment of isolated wards was tested, and the health status of medical staff was followed at the same time. Results Applying the HFMEA model to scientifically assess the high-risk factors in the prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019 nosocomial infection, which can effectively control the nosocomial infection and ensure the safety of patients and medical staff. Conclusions The HFMEA model was used to preventing corona virus disease 2019 effectively and ensured the safety of other patients and medical staff.
