汉藏双语动画视频联合回授法健康宣教对藏族住院结核病患者健康教育效果研究

A study on the effect of Chinese-Tibetan bilingual animation video combined with teach-back on health education of hospitalized Tibetan tuberculosis patients

摘要: 目的 探讨汉藏双语动画视频联合回授法健康宣教对藏族住院结核病患者健康教育效果评价。方法 借助随机数字表,将2019年6—12月四川大学华西医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的藏族住院结核病患者分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予常规健康宣教,试验组在此基础上给予汉藏双语动画视频联合回授法健康宣教,借助结核病防治核心知识问卷、服药依从性量表、痰标本合格率进行干预效果评价。结果 试验组患者住院期间痰标本合格率、出院时结核病防治核心知识平均得分、出院1个月后服药依从性得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 汉藏双语动画视频联合回授法健康宣教对藏族住院结核病患者健康教育效果优于常规健康宣教。

Abstract: Objective This study was designed to evaluate the effect of Chinese-Tibetan bilingual animation video combined with Teach-back on health education of hospitalized Tibetan tuberculosis patients. Methods In virtue of the random number table, the hospitalized Tibetan tuberculosis patients admitted to the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, West China Hospital of Sichuan University from June to December 2019 were divided into the control group and the experimental group. The patients in the control group were given conventional health education. On the basis of it, the patients in the experimental group were given Chinese-Tibetan bilingual animation video combined with Teach-Back health education. The self-made core knowledge questionnaire for tuberculosis prevention and control, Morisky medication adherence scale, and the qualified rate of sputum specimens were applied to evaluate the intervention effect. Results The qualified rate of sputum specimens during the hospitalization,, the average score of tuberculosis control core knowledge at discharge, and the medication compliance score one month after discharge in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . Conclusion The health education effect of the Chinese-Tibetan animation video combined with Teach-Back is better than that of the routine health education for hospitalized Tibetan patients with tuberculosis.
