结核病与糖尿病共病的药物治疗进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 当今社会生活方式的改变带来糖尿病的大流行,结核病作为古老的疾病也有增长的趋势,结核病与糖尿病共病的趋势日益明显,结核病和糖尿病相互作用、相互促进,加重感染者的病情并使其临床诊治复杂化。本文重点从结核病与糖尿病共病的医学营养治疗要点、糖尿病患者的抗结核病治疗特殊性,结核病合并糖尿病患者的降糖药物种类及与抗结核治疗的关系进行阐述,以此改善结核病与糖尿病共病药物治疗的效果。

Abstract: Lifestyle changes have brought about a pandemic of diabetes. As an ancient disease, tuberculosis also has an increasing trend. The trend of co morbidity of tuberculosis and diabetes is increasingly obvious. Tuberculosis and diabetes interact with each other, promote each other, aggravate the condition of infected persons and make their clinical diagnosis and treatment complicated. This review focuses on the main points of medical nutrition therapy for tuberculosis complicated diabetes, the special features of anti-tuberculosis therapy for diabetic patients, the types of antidiabetic drugs for patients with tuberculosis complicated diabetes and their relationship with anti-tuberculosis therapy, as a way to improve the effectiveness of drug therapy for tuberculosis complicated diabetes.
