肺结核患者肠道菌群失调的研究进展

Research progress on gut microbiota dysbiosis in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

摘要: 数以万亿计的微生物定植于人体肠道中,肠道菌群能通过衍生的代谢产物来保护宿主抵御疾病。在人类与结核分枝杆菌斗争的百余年历程中,肺结核已被证实会造成宿主的肠道菌群失调,影响菌群定植的耐药性,导致肺结核更难以治愈。本文概述了肠道菌群对肺部菌群的影响以及肺结核患者肠道菌群失调的最新研究进展。

Abstract: Trillions of microorganisms are planted in the human intestine, and gut microbiota can protect the host from disease through derived metabolites. During the thousands of years of struggle between human and Mycobacterium tuberculosis, pulmonary tuberculosis has been confirmed to cause the host's gut microbiota dysbiosis, affect resistance to the colonization of gut microbiota, and make pulmonary tuberculosis more difficult to cure. This article summarized the latest research progress of the pulmonary microbiome, the impact of gut microbiome on the pulmonary microbiome, and the gut microbiota dysbiosis in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
