《乙型肝炎病毒相关早期肝细胞癌影像学检查与诊断标准共识》解读

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 肝细胞癌是人体最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,对肝癌的早期诊断,尤其是早期肝细胞癌（eHCC）的诊断和及时治疗是延长患者生存期的关键。近年来随着影像技术的不断进步,eHCC的检出率逐年增高,但国内外均未有影像诊断eHCC的统一标准,为了提高临床早期识别及影像与病理诊断的符合率,中华医学会放射学分会传染病学组以及中国研究型医院学会感染与炎症放射学分会等多个学术团体组织了来自全国各地共40余名相关专家共同制订了《乙型肝炎病毒相关早期肝细胞癌影像学检查与诊断标准共识》（以下简称“共识”）。本文结合相关研究进展对共识进行解读,内容涵盖影像学检查方法、影像学表现、影像学诊断eHCC标准、相关热点问题共识及鉴别诊断,旨在提高相关专业医师对本病的认识。

Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in the human body. The early diagnosis of liver cancer, especially the diagnosis and timely treatment of early hepatocellular carcinoma (eHCC) is the key to prolong the survival of patients. In recent years, with the continuous progress of imaging technology, the detection rate of eHCC has been increasing year by year, but there is no unified standard for the imaging diagnosis of eHCC at home and abroad. In order to improve the early clinical recognition and compliance of imaging with pathological diagnosis, Radiology of Infection Sub-branch, Radiology Branch, Chinese Medical Association and Radiology Committee on Infectious and Inflammatory Disease, Chinese Research Hospital Association and other academic groups organized more than 40 relevant experts from all over the country to jointly issue the Consensus on imaging techniques and diagnostic criteria for hepatitis B virus related early hepatocellular carcinoma(here in after referred to as "the Consensus"). This paper reviews the Consensus based on relevant research progress, covering imaging examination methods, imaging manifestations, imaging diagnostic criteria for eHCC, consensus on relevant hot issues and differential diagnosis, with the aim of improving the understanding of relevant professional physicians about this disease.
