Epidemiology and clinical study of plague

Abstract: Plague has been identified as a Class A infectious disease by "infectious diseases of the people's Republic of China". There have been three plague epidemics in the world, which caused great disasters. In 2000, plague was listed as a resurgent infectious disease by the World Health Organization. This article will systematically introduce the epidemiology, pathogenesis, laboratory examination, image examination, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of plague. And the review especially analyzes the epidemiological characteristics of plague, understand the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations, laboratory examination, analysis of imaging manifestations and changes.Early diagnosis, early report, early treatment and early isolation can help patients get effective treatment and avoid the spread of infection.
