Abstract: A new type of infectious coronavirus pneumonia 2019 (COVID-19) which caused by 2019-nCoV causes a wide range of spread. Now COVID-19 has attracted worldwide attention. Reverse tyranscription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) or/and "next-generation" sequencing technology(NGS) are the gold standards for the diagnosis of COVID-19, and chest imaging examination is used for cross-validation. Currently, CT and DR are mainly used. The chest CT examination is highly recommended as COVID-19 preferred imaging examination method because of its high density resolution and spatial resolution. There were different CT findings in different stages of COVID-19, including early stage, progression stage and absorption stage. It was characterized by the distribution of patchy ground-glass opacity(GGO)and lung consolidation. CT examination plays an important role in diagnosis, especially in screening and efficacy evaluation of nucleic acid negative cases.
