Abstract: Klebsiella pneumoniae has become the main pathogen of diabetic bacterial liver abscess, and the liver abscess caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae has typical imaging manifestations. At present, diabetic patients with invasive Klebsiella pneumoniae sepsis often lead to single-site infections, while multi-site and multi-focal infections are rarely reported. The diagnosis of liver abscess caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae sepsis is performed through imaging analysis. Multiple brain abscesses, provide help for clinical timely treatment.
