Abstract: The immune system of infants is immature, it is easy to cause widespread infections via blood once they infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis. However, the clinical manifestations of infants are often atypical, which make clinical diagnosis and treatment challenging. CT scan is of great clinical significance to infant tuberculosis, although its CT findings are diverse, but still has certain characteristics. When lump sand cystic lesions showed in lung, accompanied by multiple patches and lymph nodes swelling, pulmonary abscesses should be considered. And further clinical evidence should be promptly sought to develop a better treatment program. This paper introduces the diagnosis and treatment of a child with tuberculous pulmonary abscess misdiagnosed as neuroblastoma with lymph nodes by CT in Guangdong Women and Children Hospital, in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of child tuberculosis
