Abstract: Pancreatic tuberculosis is a rare extra-pulmonary tuberculosis. Its clinical symptoms and imaging findings are nonspecific, so it is easy to be confused with other pancreatic diseases, resulting in delayed anti-tuberculosis treatment or unnecessary surgery. The possibility of pancreatic tuberculosis should be considered in young patients with obstructive jaundice with enlarged abdominal lymph nodes, especially in isolated space-occupying lesions of the pancreas without elevated tumor markers. Improve the relevant laboratory examination, pathological biopsy can help differential diagnosis, if necessary, feasible surgical exploration and drainage. In this paper, the clinical data and imaging findings of a patient with pancreatic tuberculosis admitted to the Chengdu Public Health Clinical Medical Center were retrospectively analyzed, and the relevant literature was reviewed to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic tuberculosis, and reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
